How We Got Here
2018
The Beginning
Arjun Shivaay founded the group in Little Rock, AR with a clear ambition to build a multi-division business across hospitality, entertainment, and beyond.
2020
Entertainment Takes Shape
Shivaay Entertainment was established, producing its first short-form content and laying the groundwork for a full film and music division.
2021
Foundation Launched
The Shivaay Foundation was set up to give back to communities, with early programs focused on local education and healthcare access.
2022
Digital Division Formed
Shivaay Digital was created to help businesses grow online — offering digital marketing, brand strategy, and content services.
2024
Expanding Regionally
The group began exploring opportunities in the UAE and other regional markets, with early conversations underway for new hospitality and entertainment projects.

Founder & Managing Director
Arjun founded Shivaay Group with a vision to build a diversified business group from the ground up. He leads the overall direction of the group and is hands-on across all divisions.
Priya Mehta
Chief Executive Officer
Priya brings operational leadership to the group, overseeing day-to-day management across divisions and driving the execution of our growth strategy.
Rohan Kapoor
Head of Finance
Rohan manages the group's finances, investor relationships, and financial planning — ensuring we grow responsibly and sustainably at every stage.
Ananya Singh
Head of Entertainment
Ananya leads Shivaay Entertainment, overseeing our early film and music projects and building the creative pipeline for the division.
Vikram Nair
Head of Hospitality
Vikram manages our hospitality operations, focusing on delivering quality guest experiences and identifying the right properties for our growing portfolio.
Deepa Rao
Foundation Lead
Deepa runs the Shivaay Foundation, coordinating our community programs in education and healthcare and ensuring our social commitments are met with real impact.
